A Greensburg woman was stopped with a loaded handgun in her purse as she attempted to make her way through security at Arnold Palmer Regional Airport Tuesday.
Transportation Security Administration officers found a .380 caliber handgun in the woman's purse at a security checkpoint.
It's the third gun caught at the airport this year.
In all of 2020, only one gun was caught at the airport and in all of 2019, three were caught.
The woman is facing a federal fine for bringing a loaded gun to a security checkpoint.
