A 79-year-old woman has been charged after a hit-and-run in North Oakland last Wednesday morning.

Natalie Weber of Pittsburgh faces several charges including, right of way of pedestrians in crosswalk, accident involving damage to a vehicle, careless driving, windshield obstruction, failure to stop and give aid and more, after video showed a white car hitting Kelda Gorman on the intersection of Centre Avenue at North Craig Street.

Weber reportedly had frost on her windshield and didn’t realize she hit someone.

Gorman was spun around and ended up facing the car. Her wheelchair was destroyed.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled January 10.
