A woman was taken to a hospital in serious condition Sunday night after falling 20 feet over a hillside in Mt. Washington.
Public Safety says it happened around 10:30 p.m. as the woman was riding a bike along East Sycamore Street.
The brakes failed, the bike hit a median and the woman went over the hillside.
First responders rescued her a short time later using a backboard to lifter her off the hill.
She has multiple injuries.
