UPDATE: Police say the woman was not shot but suffered a laceration due to broken glass
Police are investigating after a woman was shot in Fineview Monday morning.
Pittsburgh Public Safety says it happened around 11 a.m. in the 2100 block of Letsche Street.
Police say the woman was possibly shot inside a residence.
She was shot in the foot and taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The alleged shooter fled the scene on foot.
The victim told police she knows the shooter.
An investigation is underway.
