Kati Beelak says McIntire was an integral part of the community and wants residents to show their gratitude and unity tomorrow afternoon.

Beelak's vision is the Flood Freeport Road event.

She's encouraging the community to stand along Freeport Road around 1:30 p.m.
Wednesday as McIntire's casket travels from the church to the cemetery.

“I hope that, that entire way, that there is hardly an area that does not have someone that has a poster or an American flag or a police flag,” said Beelak.

Mcntire's funeral service is at noon tomorrow at Mount Saint Peter Catholic Church in New Kensington. Burial will follow at Mount Airy Cemetery.
