Women in Wilkinsburg being targeted with BB guns, air pistols and more

Young men are reportedly targeting women in Wilkinsburg with stun guns, air pistols and BB guns.

There's no word on any injuries or arrests.

Wilkinsburg Mayor Dontae Comans is telling residents to be aware of their surroundings and walk in groups at night.

"These senseless acts are not only dangerous, but they also threaten the safety and peace of our community," Mayor Comans said on Facebook

Wilkinsburg Police are increasing patrols and anyone with information about the incidents is asked to call 911.
