PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) — On Saturday, April 25, Pittsburgh Police asked for the public's help in locating a missing elderly woman.
The 88-year-old Queenie Kirkland had gone missing around 2:30 p.m.
Kirkland had last been seen in the 7200 block of Bennett Street in Homewood.
But later Saturday night, police confirmed that Kirkland had been located safely.
Reports of her return came in nearing 11 p.m., but the 88-year-old is now safe.
