Former Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell was ordered to pay $25 million to a cousin that accused him of long-term sexual abuse.
Jada Bell filed a civil lawsuit in Ohio nearly a year ago and last October the judge ruled in her favor after Le’Veon did not appear at the hearing.
TMZ reports that Jada was “just six or seven years old” when “Le’Veon began having nonconsensual incestual relations with her.”
The lawsuit claimed the abuse continued until she was 18.
Bell's attorney told TMZ, in part, "My client adamantly denies any and all allegations that have been lodged against him. Further, he was never served with a civil complaint or any documents."
Bell took to Twitch for an hour stream where he continually denied the allegations.
