The Florida “Joker,” a man who went viral after his mugshot showed off his face tattoos, is accusing Rockstar Games of stealing his likeness in the latest version of its Grand Theft Auto series.

While the game has not yet been released, Rockstar Games released the first trailer for GTA 6 last week, and in it were various viral moments from 'Florida Man.'

Among the highlights was a potential nod to Lawrence Sullivan, whose mugshot went viral in 2017 after he was arrested by Miami police for pointing a gun at passing vehicles.

Sullivan took to TikTok to point out the moment, saying anyone who doesn’t see the resemblance between himself and the tattooed man in the trailer is “out your goddamn nuggets.”

“GTA, we got to talk,” Sullivan says in the video. “If not, you got to give me like a mil or two.”

Sullivan then put a screen grab of the photo in the trailer and his mugshot next to each other, saying the game developers took his “likeness” and his “life.”

“Florida Joker ain’t having that,” Sullivan said, adding, “That’s me. That’s the person they got their inspiration from.”
