In a Denver area suburb, a house party resulted in a floor collapsing, sending three people to the hospital with injuries on Saturday, authorities reported.

South Metro Fire Rescue sent crews to the party of more than 100 people at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Saturday after being notified of the incident, KUSA-TV reported.
Those at the party were confirmed by South Metro Fire Rescue on Twitter to be juveniles, and some claimed to have video of the incident occurring.
The collapse resulted in three people being hurt, including one seriously injured, after the house's first floor fell into the basement, firefighters said. Luckily no one was trapped underneath the floor.
South Metro Fire Rescue also reported that the floor collapses caused a natural gas leak which has since been handled.
The department's Technical Rescue Team helped to stabilize the home, and the Red Cross is assisting the displaced residents with housing, the department said.
