Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing the Biden administration and the CDC to end the mask mandate on airlines and at all US airports.

Attorney General Ken Paxton announced the state, Representative Beth Van Duyne, and the Texas Public Policy Foundation are suing the CDC to end mask mandates on planes and at airports.
The complaint argues Congress has never given the CDC the authority to make or enforce regulations against people who may or may not have an infectious disease.
They say the decision by the CDC violates the separation of powers and constitutes an abuse of power.
“President Biden cannot continue governing through executive edicts. Now is the time to strike down his administration’s air-travel mask mandate. I’m proud to stand alongside my friend Congresswoman Van Duyne and her counsel at TPPF to protect Texans’ liberty and the rule of law" said Paxton.
