Former President Donald Trump had some more colorful words to say for one of Hollywood’s senior actors on Tuesday, taking a shot at Robert De Niro after he showed up to support President Biden at a press conference outside Trump’s Manhattan courthouse.

“I never knew how small, both mentally and physically, Wacko Former Actor Robert De Niro was,” Trump said in a Truth Social post.

De Niro appeared outside the courthouse where Trump is currently facing 34 counts of falsifying business records in an alleged hush money case.

During the press conference, the 80-year-old actor said that Trump was a “clown,” a “grubby real estate hustler” and a “tyrant.”

In response, Trump said that De Niro was suffering from “an incurable case of TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME.”

“Robert, whose movies, artistry, and brand have gone WAY DOWN IN VALUE since he entered the political arena at the request of Crooked Joe Biden, looked so pathetic and sad out there. Where have you gone Joe DiMaggio!!!” Trump’s post said.

De Niro praised Biden during his remarks at the president’s campaign press conference, which began as Trump’s defense team made its closing arguments in the case.

“I don’t mean to scare you. No, wait, maybe I do mean to scare you,” De Niro said. “If Trump returns to the White House, you can kiss these freedoms goodbye that we all take for granted. And elections. Forget about it. That’s over. That’s done. If he gets in. I can tell you right now. He will never leave. He will never leave. You know that. He will never leave.”

The press conference quickly turned chaotic when supporters of Trump tried to drown out De Niro’s speech with anti-Biden chants.

At one point, the actor even seemed to get into it with one protester.

“You’re a f–king idiot,” De Niro yelled at someone who said he was being paid by the Democrats.

The jury in Trump’s case begins deliberations on Wednesday and can deliver a verdict at any point.
