The U.S. Capitol is on lockdown after reports of gunshots in the area.
Capitol police say they are responding to an incident after a report that someone rammed a vehicle into two officers. A suspect is in custody and two officers are injured.
All buildings have been locked down and staff are being told they cannot enter or exit buildings.
