A video of a roofer dealing with an insurance adjuster has gone virial, amassing over seven million views and likely infuriating those viewers.
The video posted by “Crazy Clips” was posted on Wednesday morning, but it's unknown when it was taken or where it happened.
The adjuster claims that the roofer is “bending the shingle” but he along with the person filming don’t agree.
The conversation goes on for several minutes with adjuster keeps claiming that the roofer is bending some of the shingles.
The adjuster claims that they can only cover natural-occurring damage so he appears to be using the roofer trying to get the shingles up with a tool to be damaging it, thus making the insurance company not responsible.
“If you don’t know how to do it, how can you make a . . . decision,” the roofer says after the adjuster claims several times that he isn’t a roofer.
The person who is a roofer, frustrated, keeps asking the adjuster how to do it properly so he can do the correct repair.
The roofer claims that there are over 100 damaged shingles on the roof and that it needs replaced, but the adjuster claims it can be repaired.
