The Great Resignation has been well-documented. Especially among lower level workers. Here's the deal though: the C-level execs are dealing with tough times at their job too.
A report by Deloitte indicates that executives are struggling.
70% of the C-suite executives surveyed said they were "strongly considering changing jobs."
"Here's the problem," says Julie Bauke, Founder and Chief Career Strategist with The Bauke Group. "It's not going to be much better the next place you go.
"A lot of times, regardless of the level you are, you think 'I'm just going to run from this,' but you're running into something...that is probably going to be just as stressful."
