Gisele Fetterman, wife of U.S. Senate candidate and Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman, is throwing water on any speculation that she may run for office herself someday.
In an exclusive interview on the Big K Morning show, Fetterman had this exchange with Marty Griffin regarding her future political plans:
"I heard you say you hate politics, is that fair?" asked Marty Griffin.
"Absolutely. One-hundred percent," said Fetterman. "It's mean and I'm not any of those things so it's not . . . for me. People have tried to get me to run for office multiple times, I will never run for office."
Fetterman saying how she is turned off by the ugliness and negative tone in politics today.
At Steamfitters Technology in Harmony Wednesday night, Democrat John Fetterman reassured supporters about his recovery from a stroke.
Republican Mehmet Oz told people gathered at the FOP Lodge in West Homestead he'll support law enforcement.
The last two polls in the race show Fetterman's lead is down to two points, well inside of the margin of error.
Fetterman has watched his lead shrink over the summer with attack ads ramping up from both sides.
