Bigfoot researchers say sasquatch possibly seen near Penn State

According to the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization, there’s been a recent sighting of a sasquatch right near Penn State University’s main campus in Happy Valley.

The sighting, reported on the BFRO’s website, says the “Class B” sighting took place on October 4 near mile marker 169 on I-80 near Bellefonte.

A witness reports on the website they saw something “in the center of the right hand pull off lane, it began moving to the left, toward the car in front of me.”

Adding, “I immediately thought ‘what the hell is he doing? He’s going to get hit!”

The witness says they thought it was a human at first because it was on two legs.

“It crossed in front of the car (how far in front I don't know) but I could still see some portion of the head above the car in front,” the witness writes. “It was a Subaru... I thought for sure there was going to be an impact but it continued passed the car towards the guardrail.”

The witness says he then got a better visual of the creature, saying it was a dark color for head to toe.

“It was the way it moved across the road that shook me. Nothing quick or jerkey (sp) like a sprinter. It was fast, but almost a glide or sliding motion to it.”

Other witnesses also reported seeing the alleged bigfoot with one man saying he yelled out “what the hell was that”, prompting his wife to quickly look, but the sasquatch has crossed the road and disappeared before she could see it.

An investigator for the BFRO followed up with the witness, saying “I found him to be sincere and very credible.”
