PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Lt. Gov. John Fetterman praised Pennsylvania Sen. Dan Laughlin, of Erie, for his support of recreational marijuana in the commonwealth.

"I thought this week I'd probably get some angry phone calls and what not, but quite frankly, it has been about 99.9% positive," Laughlin said during the KDKA Radio Morning Show.

Laughlin said some members from his side of the aisle are probably feeling some pressure from constituents.

"The republican party has traditionally been for less government and more freedom, so I think if my cohorts start to realize that's how this bill should be approached, I think they'll get on board a little more quickly," Laughlin said.
