Pennsylvanian's placed their bets in record amounts for last Sunday's big game.
Preliminary data from the state gaming control board shows betters in Pennsylvania wagered over $84 million on the contest between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.
Compare that to just $68 million for last year's game.
Gaming control board spokesperson Doug Harbach says it helped to have a hometown team in the mix, but sports gambling in general has grown in Pennsylvania.
There were nearly 800,000 more online sports wagering accounts active this year compared to last.
