Multiple GOP Senators from Pennsylvania have made plans to oppose the certification of 2020 presidential election.
Fellow GOP Senator Pat Toomey put those who oppose on blast, stating that its "fundamental" that the people chose their own leaders.
Senator Toomey stated that the efforts to overturn results "directly undermines this right."
In a thread of tweets Saturday, Senator Toomey said that the people chose Biden to be the next President of the United States, and there was not enough proven voter fraud to overturn the results.
Bidens victory may have been slim in Pennsylvania, but there are explanations for the results.
Senator Toomey closed his thread on Twitter saying that he voted for and endorsed President Donald Trump for re-election, but he plans on defending government by opposing the effort to overturn official results.
