A revived Hurricane Ian is bearing down on South Carolina's coast which is under a hurricane warning.

After making landfall later today, the system will advance through the Carolinas and become a depression.
Ian's rain shield will extend far enough to bring showers to the Pittsburgh area Saturday.
“Probably [Saturday] some of the steadiest rain is in the morning and afternoon, some models say it backs off a little bit and then it looks like some more rain starts to spin in from Ian for us as we get into Sunday,” AccuWeather’s Dean DeVore told “The Big K Morning Show”.
Expect the rain to start after midnight.
The good news, the high winds hitting the Carolina’s will die down before reaching Western Pennsylvania.
Showers are also possible early next week.
