Tropical storm Nicole is heading out way and it could drop two to four inches of rain beginning Friday morning. By the end of the weekend, we'll be dry, but in the low 40s
There's a lot of football in Pittsburgh this weekend and unfortunately so is the rain.
AccuWeather Meteorologist Dean DeVore expects it will start Friday afternoon and will continue on and off through Saturday afternoon.
Thunderstorms could also pop-up as Nicole makes its way through the area, with flooding possible in some places.
If you're heading to a high school football game, you'll need an umbrella but you won't see the worst of it.
"The craziest may be in the morning and the afternoon then a break with some showers and then it kicks in again I think maybe just before midnight so the games themselves may not be bad but there will be some pockets of heavy rain," said DeVore.
Steelers fans will need to bundle up for the game at Acrisure Stadium with temperatures expected to drop into the 40s by Sunday.
