PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) In the early hours of Saturday morning, Pittsburgh Police responded to a call about a gunshot in Carrick.
Zone 3 police arrived at the scene to find a deceased woman on the sidewalk, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
The woman was found around 12:30 a.m. Saturday morning on the 400 block of Linnview Ave.
Detectives from Major Crimes and the Crime Scene Unit are still investigating the situation.
