An adult star filming a sex scene for her OnlyFans in Brazil fell to her death from a hotel balcony.
TMZ and several other outlets report Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, who went by the porn star name “Anna Polly”, was found dead in the courtyard of the Mont Blanc Apart Hotel near Rio de Janeiro last week.
She was reportedly filming the sex scene with two males.
Both of the man involved in the filming have told different stories as to what happened that led to her death.
Police are investigating and foul play has not yet been ruled out.
