According to reports, the Steeler still have no clue if Aaron Rodgers will be coming back in 2026.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero say “the Steelers have not received word from Aaron Rodgers on his future”, and an answer is not expected before the NFL Draft this weekend.

The Steelers will begin minicamp on Monday with NFL Network reporting Will Howard will be QB1.

93.7 The Fan’s Andrew Fillipponi said on Sunday there was a rumor going around town that Rodgers was in Pittsburgh and was going to sign on Monday.

Poni says he doesn’t believe the rumor and if Rapport’s report is true, the Aaron Rodgers drama will continue.

Rodgers didn’t give any indication during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show earlier this offseason, saying he had not been offered a contract by the Steelers.

Former Steelers quarterback Charlie Batch has speculated that Rodgers is looking for more money.

Pelissero said on “Good Morning Football” that both Rodgers and new head coach Mike McCarthy are “fans” of Howard, as well as the front office.

Pelissero adds the door remains open for Rodgers and it could be a few more weeks before we learn if the 4-time MVP will return for another season in Pittsburgh.
