PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Steelers tailback Rico Dowdle returned to a limited practice on Wednesday at the UPMC Rooney complex on the South Side after missing the last couple of games due to a twice dislocated toe. Here is the full practice report for the first practice preparing for the Colts.
Dowdle’s injury happened during the Patriots game and he’s missed ever since causing Jaylen Warren to play over 90% of the snaps in each of the last two games.
Receiver Michael Pittman was limited with his foot injury. The first-year Steeler and former Colt played in each of the last two games but totaled only four receptions for 31 yards.
