Fight! Scuffle breaks out during Steelers practice

A little bit of excitement during Steelers training camp when a fight broke out during practice.

The Post-Gazette’s Brian Batko reports that cornerback Beanie Bishop and linebacker Elandon Roberts got “a bit physical with Justin Fields on a run.”

Batko adds rookie offensive rookie Troy Fautanu shoved Roberts and “all hell broke loose.”

You can take a look at the play that started the fight.

As Batko sent out on “X” (formally Twitter) shortly after, the team was seen calmly interacting shortly after the scuffle.

Training Camp is historically known as the time most team scuffles happen all across the NFL.

Players and coaches have said in the past that on-field fights are normally just players showing their passion and frustration in a healthy way.

T.J. Watt, who didn’t participate on Wednesday with a day off said it was “awesome” to see young players not running away from the skirmish, but going toward it.
