PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Steelers will be getting outside linebacker Alex Highsmith back as it released its final injury report before the Jets game.
Highsmith is no longer on it. Here is the complete report
"He's had a great week of practice," said Steelers defensive captain TJ Watt. "To get a vet like that back. I know he's eager to get back. To be able to balance out the pass rush and obviously he's also a phenomenal run defender."
Tight end MyCole Pruitt has missed since the Denver game with a knee, but will return after practicing full all week.
There are a few who will miss the game on Sunday. Mike Tomlin announced earlier in the week outside linebacker Nick Herbig and center Zach Frazier wouldn't play. Also out:
· RB Cordarrelle Patterson
· OT Dylan Cook-just working back from Injured Reserve
Only a pair are listed as questionable for Sunday, defensive lineman Montravius Adams (knee). This is a new injury as he was limited in practice on Friday. The other is receiver Roman Wilson who has been limited the last two days with a hamstring injury.
