Pirates closer David Bednar had a shaky start to his 2024 season, blowing some saves early in the season, but has worked through it, returning to form.
That's something to celebrate and he also has something else to celebrate, a new baby!
The Mars native and his wife Casey are expected "Baby Bednar" soon.
David married Casey in January 2023.
This is the Bednar's first child.
Congrats to the "Renegade" and his family!
Bednar is 3-3 so far this season, with 13 saves.
