Ranking Steelers QBs since Ben from worst to best

The Steelers haven’t been immune to the biggest problem every team has had to face at one time or another, the lack of a franchise quarterback.

Since Ben Roethlisberger retired the Steelers have been in quarterback purgatory.

Five QBs have started a game for the Steelers since Roethlisberger’s retirement and if Aaron Rodgers signs, that will make six in four years.

None of the five quarterbacks that have started after Ben has proven themselves to be the type of quarterback that can be the answer in the future.

The Steelers also haven’t won a playoff game since 2016.

On the latest edition of PM Team Power Rankings, Poni and Mueller ranked the post-Ben QBs from worst to first.

Poni:

5. Mitch Trubisky
4. Justin Fields
3. Kenny Pickett
2. Russell Wilson
1. Mason Rudolph

Mueller:

5. Mitch Trubisky
4. Kenny Pickett
3. Russell Wilson
2. Justin Fields
1. Mason Rudolph
