According to a report, Terrell Edmunds is expected to re-sign with the Steelers.
ESPN's Jeremy Fowler says that the four-year safety is "expected" to sign a new deal with Pittsburgh.
"Barring late change of plan, four-year starter back in the fold as Steelers approach the draft," said Fowler.
The Steelers declined a fifth-year option for Edmunds last May.
Edmunds would've made $6.7 million in 2022.
Terrell was the Steelers first round draft pick in 2018 and has started almost every game since.
Edmunds has played in 64 total games over four seasons in Pittsburgh, starting in 60 of them and starting in every game last year.
In 2021, he had one sack, two interceptions, 89 total tackles, eight for a loss and one quarterback hit.
The signing of Edmunds likely eliminates any hope of the Steelers signing Tyrann "Honey Badger" Mathieu.
