Pitcher Paul Skenes has been the Pirates’ Superman since he arrived in Pittsburgh last May.
On June 22, when the Pirates host the Texas Rangers, you’ll have the opportunity to get ahold of your own “Paul Skenes Superman bobblehead.”
To celebrate the release of James Gunn’s new movie “Superman”, in theaters July 11, the Pirates are teaming up with DC Comics to release the limited edition bobblehead.
The bobblehead futures Skenes ripping his Pirates jersey open to reveal a Superman shirt while he stands over the titular hero’s Fortress of Solitude.
The giveaway will not be available to fans without a special ticket.
To get the bobblehead, you will need a Special Ticket Event. You have to by the ticket through a special link that you can find HERE.
A Paul Skenes bobblehead was overwhelmingly popular earlier this season. So much so, that the Pirates promised to provide a bobblehead to everyone that didn’t get one after they initially ran out.
