Steelers offensive lineman Zack Banner and the Pitt football program are trolling some of their teammates and players this April Fools' Day.

In a video, Banner is seen devilishly looking at the camera while he calls some of his fellow teammates.

Fellow lineman Kevin Dotson, former lineman Ramon Foster, wide receiver James Washington and even quarterback Ben Roethlisberger got it from Banner.

Banner called all four of them and said when they answered, “I’m busy right now can I call you back,” quickly hanging up on them.

“Yeah, you trying that thing again,” said Roethlisberger. Washington said “shuuut up.”

After getting #7, he announced, “that’s it, we’re done.”

Banner recently signed a two-year deal to stay in Pittsburgh and is working back from a torn ACL that he suffered in the first game of the season in 2020.

Meanwhile in Oakland, Assistant Director of Player Personnel for the Panthers, Karlo Zovko tied a stack of Nike shoe boxes together and pretended to lose control of the boxes.

Players and staff, including quarterback Kenny Pickett were tricked trying to help Zovko before realizing they had fallen for a prank.

The Panthers are currently holding spring practices.
