Steelers bringing back two free agents

The Steeler are bringing back two players from last season.

Tight end Zach Gentry and safety Damontae Kazee have signed new deals.

Gentry’s is a one-year deal, Kazee’s is two.

Gentry was drafted in the fifth-round of the 2019 draft, playing college in Michigan.

The 26-year-old has started 26 games in his four seasons with the Steelers, with 13 of those last season where he provided solid blocking with 19 catches for 132 yards.

Originally drafted in the fifth-round of the 2017 draft by the Falcons, Kazee spent his first four seasons with Atlanta before playing one year in Dallas and last year in Pittsburgh.

The 29-year-old appeared in nine games for Pittsburgh last season, starting in four.

He had two interceptions for 14 yards, two passes defended and 20 total tackles.
