PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin was oddly vague about injuries, saying he didn’t have a lot of information as of noon on Tuesday. The bottom line is that it appears none of those who are eligible to return are ruled out for Sunday at the Chargers.
Here is the list from Tomlin’s news conference Tuesday with a quick note about each
· WR Scotty Miller (finger)-missed Colts game, will see how he is able to function this week
· LB Cole Holcomb (illness)-missed Colts game, will see how the week plays out
· G Isaac Seumalo (pectoral)-suffered the injury in the Packers game, was able to return to play Sunday, but left in the third quarter. Tomlin said they will see if he can manage through practice and be ready for Sunday
· S Jabrill Peppers (soft tissue)-no update provided if he will attempt to practice this week
· S Chuck Clark (illness)-should be returning
Tomlin said a few unspecified players are dealing with bumps and bruises and might be limited during the week, but not expecting any of those to miss the game in Los Angeles.
