Tomlin not speculating or worried about Watt at Training Camp,

The Pittsburgh Steelers have wrapped up mandatory minicamp, without star linebacker T.J. Watt.

But, addressing the media for the final time before Training Camp in Latrobe, Head Coach Mike Tomlin said he isn’t concerned.

Asked by the Post-Gazette’s Ray Fittipaldo if he expects Watt at St. Vincent on July 24, Tomlin said, “I’m not going to get into speculation there.”

“I’m optimistic we gonna get things done because we got two sides that want to get things done,” added Tomlin. “When that’s going to occur, I do not know.”

Tomlin also said that he has been in contact with Watt during the Steelers activities on the South Side.

“There’s certainly been communication with him and communication between he and I, but I have no intentions of sharing any component of it with you guys,” said Tomlin.
