Aaron Rodgers was big mad after he was tackled on the field after a touchdown during Thursday night’s loss in Cincinnati.
The reason he as so mad, is because it was one of his own teammates that flattened him.
After throwing a 68-yard touchdown pass to Pat Freiermuth late in the fourth quarter, Rodgers did his “Super Mario” celebration jump running off the field, but offensive lineman Broderick Jones wanted to join in on the celebration.
Jones put his arm around Rodgers and then jumped, bringing him down to the turf.
Rodgers, clearly upset, pushed Jones away as he got up.
Luckily, Rodgers didn’t appear to be injured after and on a positive note, Jones and the rest of the line kept their quarterback pretty clean during the game, not allowing a sack.
But, it was all for not, with the Bengals quickly moving down the field to end the game with a winning field goal.
