A white and calico kitten that was caught in a car’s front bumper is now up for adoption at Pasadena Humane.
The 1.7-pound animal was named Brandy after the drivers of the car she was stuck in were heading to the Americana on Brand Boulevard, Kevin McManus from Pasadena Humane told KNX News’ Emily Valdez.
The drivers of the car heard Brandy crying and called firefighters to pull her out of the car.
The kitten was unharmed and is now preparing to be adopted.
“She's a happy little thing and got spayed today, so we're really looking forward to her taking the next step in her journey,” said McManus.
Brandy joins Pasadena Humane’s large population of kittens, about 200, as she waits for adoption.
