A person was killed Wednesday in a traffic crash on the eastbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway in the Pomona area, authorities said.
The crash occurred about 5:30 a.m. near Kellogg Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Information was not immediately available on the identity of the fatally injured person, who died at the scene, the CHP reported.
Traffic was routed away from the area while an investigation was conducted into the circumstances of the crash.
