The union that represents deputy district attorneys has filed a complaint against L.A. County District Attorney George Gascón.
The union is claiming unfair labor practices and alleges that Gascón made several false claims about the union, including telling a local newspaper that union members refused a pay increase.
This comes as Gascón faces 11 challengers in the primary election next week.
The DA’s office has declined to comment.
