Shoppers hit Citadel Outlets in Commerce for Black Friday shopping.
A marketing representative at the Citadel Outlets told KNX News’ Jon Baird the doors opened at 8 p.m. Thursday night, which she believed helped give the outlet "an edge."
“It was absolutely nuts,” she said. “We're standing in front of the Polo Ralph Lauren store and the queue wound all the way through here and then all the way went out to Citadel Drive.”
One shopper said she found a buy two-take-two sale. Another shopper said some deals were worth the trip, while some weren’t.
“You gotta kind of weave through [stores] in and out to see which ones you want,” she said.
The Citadel Outlets will close at 11 p.m. on Friday.
