Lindsay Lohan celebrates 23rd anniversary of ‘The Parent Trap’: 'The opportunity of a lifetime'

Lindsay Lohan is celebrating the 23rd anniversary since the mega hit 1998 film “The Parent Trap,” referring to her breakout role as the “opportunity of a lifetime.”

The "Mean Girls" actress, 35, thanked the film’s former director, Nancy Meyers, 71, after she shared a video montage of scenes from the hit Disney film to celebrate the milestone, GMA reports.

Meyers wrote, "@TheParentTrap came out 23 years ago today. Thank you for all of the love sent my way over the years about this film. I've enjoyed all of your DMs, photos, parties, costumes, handshake videos and just general sweetness."
