Two teams who lost at Koch Arena this season are in the Sweet 16

Two teams who lost to Wichita State at Koch Arena this season, Houston & Oral Roberts, have made it to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA men's basketball tournament.

#2-seed Houston advanced with a 63-60 win vs. #10-seed Rutgers; 6th-ranked Houston is now 26-3, and has won nine straight games after losing in Wichita 68-63 a month ago.

#15-seed Oral Roberts pulled off another upset on Sunday, knocking out #7-seed Florida 81-78. ORU lost 85-80 in Wichita back on Decmeber 3.

16th-ranked Loyola out of the Missouri Valley Conference advanced to the Sweet 16 with a 71-58 upset against 2nd-ranked Illinois; the Ramblers improved to 26-4.

With the exception of 3rd-ranked Baylor, it was a rough Sunday for the Big 12 Conference as three teams exited the tournament, including 11th-ranked Oklahoma State, 13th-ranked West Virginia, and #21-ranked Texas Tech. Baylor (24-2) advanced with a 76-63 win vs. Wisconsin.
