The Chiefs released the first injury report of Week 2 on Wednesday evening, and seven players appeared on the list in some capacity:
OL Austin Blythe (Abdomen) and DT Khalen Saunders (Glute) were the two players limited in players. Otherwise, DE Frank Clark (Hamstring), DE Mike Danna (Groin), RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire (Ankle), WR Tyreek Hill (Toe,) and DT Derrick Nnadi (Hip) were all full participants. As of Wednesday evening, the Ravens have yet to release their injury report.
