The men's basketball team from the University of Kansas will return to the Sunflower State on Tuesday afternoon.
After a 72-69 victory over the North Carolina Tarheels on Monday, the Jayhawks will take home the NCAA National Championship trophy.
At 3 p.m., the team will arrive at Topeka Regional Airport. They will next travel to Memorial Stadium at Kansas University for a celebration in Lawrence.
