The National Baseball Congress began in Wichita in 1935, and it is back celebrating its 90th year. Games kick off Thursday at 6 p.m., and the gates open at 5 p.m.
From July 25 until August 3, 16 summer collegiate teams will play 10 games, competing for a national title.
