Aaron Rodgers was none too pleased with his “Jeopardy!” contestants while guest-hosting Tuesday’s show.
Among the categories was “Titles” and the $400 clue was “In the 1960s, these Midwesterners earned five NFL championship trophies.”
Seems fairly obvious, right?
Well, sports categories are not typically a strong suit for “Jeopardy!” contestants and none of the three buzzed in with the correct answer.
“Green Bay Packers?” Rodgers said with his palms up in the air.
After some laughs, the show moved onto “Titles” for $600, which was a clue about the NBA team that won the championship every year from 1959 to 1966.
Erick, buzzed in with the correct answer, Boston Celtics.
“Oh, you know that one, huh?” Rodgers said.
The Packers quarterback has received mostly positive reviews for his tenure guest-hosting “Jeopardy!” for the late Alex Trebek.
The 37-year-old wraps up his two-week run this week, but he even expressed interest in becoming the regular host full-time, although his MVP-caliber play last season certainly suggest his NFL career is far from over.
