A live duck named Quacktavious has been banned from Oregon's Autzen Stadium. Quacktavious, was on hand for the Ducks' Football game vs Colorado. As it turns out, Quacktavious is the registered emotional support animal of Oregon sophomore Jeremy Jackson to help him with seizers. Now fans are rallying to get the duck access to games.
