U2 has been one of the top-grossing touring acts for decades performing hundreds of songs in front of millions of fans. With over 1,800 concerts officially under their belt (and like hundreds of unofficial shows more), it got us thinking... What is the song U2 has played live in concert the most?

The Irish band’s stage-shows have evolved over the years into multi-media attacks on the senses – a far cry from their early days playing local Dublin gigs.

Their roots go all the way back to 1976 as U2 had their first big tour, albeit still in small clubs, in 1980 in support of their debut album Boy. The lead single “I Will Follow” was played often then and is played often now.

But U2’s second-ever single is not the song they’ve performed live the most in their history, according to setlist.fm. It’s close, but it shares the top ten list with other favorites from the early days, as well as songs from their legendary 1987 album The Joshua Tree.

What song has U2 played live the most in their hall of fame career? While you're perusing the list, be sure to turn up Audacy's U2 Radio to hear the band's biggest hits, deep cuts, and the countless artists they've inspired.

10 UNTIL THE END OF THE WORLD - 607 TIMES

The song comes from their 1991 album Achtung Baby and is a mainstay on their set list. Funny enough, the group scrapped it on their 2017 Joshua Tree tour.

9 I STILL HAVEN'T FOUND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR - 675 TIMES

The second single from U2's landmark album The Joshua Tree earned the band two GRAMMY nominations for Record of the Year and Song of the Year.

8 BULLET THE BLUE SKY - 791 TIMES

Another track from their 1987 album The Joshua Tree has been a concert staple ever since its live debut from the tour supporting the record.

7 ONE - 792 TIMES

Tensions ran high in U2 as the band almost broke up before writing this song. When they improvised it, they had a breakthrough and were rewarded with one of their most popular songs of all time.

6 NEW YEAR'S DAY - 808 TIMES

The lead single from U2's 1983 album War was their first international hit as it became their first single to chart in the United States.

5 WITH OR WITHOUT YOU - 840 TIMES

The lead single from The Joshua Tree is a staple at U2 concerts as the band often treats the crowd to a stunning light display during live shows.

4 WHERE THE STREETS HAVE NO NAME - 905 TIMES

Not only one of U2's most performed songs of all time, it's also one of their most successful. The song's music video won a GRAMMY for Best Performance Music Video.

3 SUNDAY BLOODY SUNDAY - 944 TIMES

The opening track from their 1983 album War has become one of the band's signature songs and will likely see its 1,000th play in the near future.

2 I WILL FOLLOW - 1,017 TIMES

The very first song from the very first album. U2 has performed this song on every tour since they released their first album.

1 PRIDE (IN THE NAME OF LOVE) - 1,022 TIMES

This is the song U2 has played live in concert the most. One of the greatest Rock songs of all time, the track is a staple of U2's concerts and often serves as a highlight.
