You know we are all about anniversaries here. And of course I can't ignore this one! Over the weekend American Idiot by Green Day turned 15 years old!
15 years ago! What an iconic album which cemented Green Day as probably the biggest punk band ever. Now I know, some people don't consider Green Day punk anymore. But giving the finger to mainstream music, and also the punk community by doing what they want? I think it's pretty punk.
